Warranty
Your new Gillmaster Rod
or Reel product comes with a limited warranty for a period of two
years against defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Gillmaster Game Reels have an extended limited warranty
for 3 years. Gillmaster will have no other obligation and will
not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Gillmaster makes no implied warranty for any period beyond the
duration of the limited warranty. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by addition to or alteration of the product, accident,
abuse or normal wear. Damage that is determined to be of this
nature will be repaired at the customers expense. This warranty
does not extend to products, which are put to commercial or rental
use.
To obtain service under warranty, or to have your
product repaired at your own expense, please send the item, freight

Please note that all
warranty claims require that the proof of purchase is supplied with

you browse through our products you will see a

Return Policy
Within 14 Days of Purchase
1. Unopened Products
We offer a 14 day return policy for products returned in their
original, unopened and undamaged packaging except those products
sold on a "no return" basis.
A credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the
product, less:
any associated freight costs and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the
purchase price
Where products are sold on a "no return" basis we will bring this to
your attention. Examples of products sold on a "no return" basis
include ex-demo, auction and clearance products.
The "no return" basis means that, unless the product is, damaged in
transit, incorrectly shipped or otherwise returnable under a
Gillmaster Warranty, or by law, the product will not be accepted for
return.
2. Opened Products
We will not accept any opened product for return unless the product
is returnable under our Returns Policy, or under a Gillmaster
Warranty or other contract or by law.
3. Damaged In Transit or Incorrectly Shipped
If your product is damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped,
contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. We can arrange
to collect the goods for return transit.
We will test all products returned as "Damaged in Transit" within 7
working days of receipt into our warehouse.
If the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped, we will
issue a credit for the original purchase price of the product and
associated freight costs.
If you return a product claiming it was damaged in transit or
incorrectly shipped but we find the product is in full working
condition, any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt
of the product or the product was shipped correctly, it will be
returned to you.
You will be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs
associated with the return, payable within 30 days of receipt of
invoice.
Outside 14 Days of Purchase
1. Return of Faulty Products, Products that don't match their
Description or otherwise under Statutory Warranty
If the fault could not have been detected at purchase, and is not
due to wear and tear or misuse, we will offer you a repair,
replacement or refund, as appropriate.
If the fault does not fit the above criteria and is not covered
under the Gillmaster warranty or extended warranty (where
applicable), then we will provide you with a quote for the repair
costs and ask you if you wish to proceed with the repair.

exclusive range of “Gillmaster” fishing tackle and
accessories. We offer Factory Direct prices on the
Gillmaster Range.
Our Team consist of devout fishermen with many years of

been developing this Gillmaster range for a number of years.

We decided that we wanted to offer a range of high
quality rods, reels and tackle at a price below all other
products of a similar standard. This makes fishing far more
affordable without compromising on quality. All Gillmaster
reels are guaranteed built with stainless steel ball
bearings, 90% of all rods are built with silicon carbide
guides with the remainder still having ceramic guides. Other
products in the range include stainless steel pliers,
landing nets, low diameter mono and braid fishing line,
fishing and hunting knives, terminal tackle.
